Lisa Sinclair LLB (Hons) MBA (City Uni) was called to Bar in 1993. She is considered to be a professional and accomplished barrister.
Lisa Sinclair’s main areas of practice are property, insolvency/bankruptcy, construction, probate and transport (civil regulatory). She has considerable expertise in these fields gathered since 1980, when she was Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors.
Lisa Sinclair is well known for her commercial and pragmatic approach to the issues which arise across the spectrum of property ownership, whether such ownership takes the form of an asset or an accommodation. Having worked through more than one property crash, Lisa is well acquainted with the ramifications on property holdings of financial meltdown.
